Caitlin Berzok is SVP at Therabody, where she leads the company's digital strategy across product, engineering, UX, and insights, overseeing global e-commerce, connected devices, and the consumer mobile platform. A key part of her remit is defining and building Therabody's consumer AI strategy, from roadmap to execution. In her four years there, she launched Coach by Therabody, the company's first consumer AI platform, modernized and replatformed the technology stack, and has driven customer acquisition and long-term loyalty through data-led, integrated teams. Before Therabody, Caitlin held senior roles at Chase and Digitas, where she launched Chase's first digital financial health education platform and led large-scale digital engagements for Fortune 100 clients. Caitlin holds an MBA from Northeastern University and lives in New York City with her husband and son.
