The Role

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to help shape and amplify the Brij brand in the market. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in defining our voice, growing our presence, and building programs that elevate Brij as an industry leader. You'll bring a strong B2B marketing background, ideally from startup or high-growth environments, and come prepared with a playbook and point of view on what it takes to build momentum from the ground up.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO/Co-Founder to craft thought leadership narratives, customer success stories, and high-impact campaigns. You'll also identify strategic opportunities for Brij executives to participate in industry panels, conferences, and speaking engagements. Over time, you’ll build and lead a growing marketing team, notably a content manager to help scale our initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute Brij’s B2B marketing strategy, owning brand positioning, messaging, and market presence
  • Build the voice of Brij, and translate that into external communications and Brij CEO and Co-Founder,Kait Stephens, executive thought leadership
  • Partner with Customer Success to capture and amplify customer stories and case studies that position Brij as an industry leader
  • Identify high-value trade shows, conferences, speaking opportunities, and award programs to elevate Brij’s brand and leadership team
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to inform and develop enablement tools and campaigns that support pipeline growth
  • Build scalable marketing processes, infrastructure, and reporting to measure impact and drive efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a content manager (once hired), and scale the marketing function as the business grows

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Brij, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across SMB & Enterprise accounts. Your work will directly contribute to building a strong pipeline for our Growth teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, and social media).
  • Conduct research and discovery calls to deeply understand a prospect’s business needs, priorities, and challenges.

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing  (internships included)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice
  • Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus, especially in SaaS or tech-enabled services  Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email platforms,  and social media scheduling tools is a plus
  • Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow within a scaling startup environment
